Stephen Sullivan – Director of Building Services
ICC Sydney’s Director of Building Services, Stephen Sullivan is a highly skilled, strategic executive with post graduate qualifications in Facilities Management – with over 20 years’ experience in Facilities Management, Strategic Asset and Property Management, Property Operations and Infrastructure Services Management for global and local blue chip organisations in various sectors including communications and advertising, retail, tertiary, commercial and finance. Having worked on both service provider and client side of operations, Stephen brings a distinct understanding of service delivery to ICC Sydney. He is responsible for the FM interface management services, presentation services, assets and trades, car parks and logistics, and security operations teams. Stephen is adept at leading high performing, multi-disciplinary teams; forging and maintaining key relationships with strategic partners while driving consistency and superior customer service delivery and always ensuring safety, health and wellbeing is of paramount importance.
Benito Joseski joins ICC Sydney with over 15 years in venue and hospitality security. He is specialised in managing large teams of up to 200, from control room and event management to risk and incident management. Benito has built rapport through his key relationships with relevant local authorities and his management of international guests including top speakers, dignitaries, and artists.
Patrick Cheer, Presentation Services Manager
Spanning over 20 years in client relations, contract and facilities management, Patrick Cheer joins ICC Sydney as Presentation Services Manager. Patrick’s remit ranges from world class building presentation to contractor relations, both internally and externally. Patrick is a key asset to the service delivery team.
