ICC Sydney’s In house AV Services’ operational teams manage the setup, delivery and bump out of all your AV requirements, including audio, lighting, vision, rigging, speaker preparation and digital signage. With over 160 skilled technical team members, ICC Sydney has the largest group of skilled professionals working in an in house venue in Australia.
Bringing together some of the best and highly skilled technical production personnel in the industry, the team deliver a range of exclusive technology, production and support services providing a world class stress-free event experience.
Our ICT Team
Our technical infrastructure, connectivity and client enablement systems are managed, maintained and monitored by the in house ICT team at ICC Sydney. Our Cisco core infrastructure supports over 1000 wi-fi access points and over 9,000 switch ports with upload and download speeds of 1Gbps to ensure seamless connectivity for all delegates, with self service and complimentary Wi-Fi also available throughout the venue and precinct.
Our systems are built with robust physical security features, next generation firewalls, vulnerability scanning and intrusion prevention.
Audio, Visual and Lighting
A specialist team is employed within each discipline to seamlessly deliver your event experience and leave a lasting impact on delegates. ICC Sydney has more than 350 digital signage screens, LED screens, over 60 high definition projectors, concert grade audio systems and 4K broadcast camera systems.
The Grand Ballroom alone has seven projectors and 180 moveable table spot lights with a variety of audio, lighting and vision upgrades available to meet the tailored needs of any event.
Our Speaker Preparation Centre is a stress-free environment where speakers can tweak their presentations, calm their nerves and practice their speech in privacy.
There are acoustically-treated rehearsal rooms, each designed with a smart lectern in ‘live mode’ loaded with tech to simulate a typical meeting room setup.
Hybrid & Virtual Events
We have the latest technologies available to enable a seamless and engaging broadcast of your event. There is a range of diverse spaces equipped to either pre-record your program for use at a later time or extend the reach of your event live, to anyone, anywhere.
Digital Signage Opportunities
Across the venue and precinct, there are over 350 potential event signage points and opportunities from the fabulous to the functional, including 19 seven metre high external LED screens located along Tumbalong Boulevard and Moriarty Walk.
Clients can also utilise the LED Foyer Screen in the entrance of our convention centre for maximum wow factor, spanning an impressive 47.5sqm.
Digital Media Suite
Our Digital Media Suite has been purposely designed for the digital age to easily develop customised multi-media content by professionals, from welcome videos to a post event highlights reel.
With a professional team of designers and producers on hand, the team are equipped with the latest studio equipment and software to help bring your event to life, including virtual event platform design and build.
Rigging is a niche field, and doing it well requires experts. ICC Sydney provides all primary (top point) rigging, including banner hanging and most secondary rigging services.
As part of the venue’s in house AV department the team specialise in all areas of rigging from theatre and entertainment to convention and exhibition.
