Chef, author and much-loved foodie Yotam Ottolenghi will be visiting ICC Sydney's Darling Harbour Theatre next year, with his highly-anticipated Flavour of Life tour, exploring his journey live on stage with the acclaimed food writer and ABC Radio host, the superb Alice Zaslavsky.
Ottolenghi’s passion, warm presence and inclusive voice has attracted devotees worldwide. It will be an exclusive opportunity to hear directly from the man himself about the taste sensations and ingredients that excite him and will inspire your own cooking, navigating the pandemic and the joy of taking time with food and family.
“So... after some delay and rescheduling (excuse me, the world turned upside down, right?), I’m thrilled to confirm that I will finally be visiting Australia for my Flavour of Life tour in the new year. I seriously hope you can make the new dates, so you can listen to me share my food (and some non-food) stories with you all. Thanks for your patience.” - Yotam Ottolenghi
Weaving through and event rich with the ever so human connection around food is Yotam’s book FLAVOUR, written with Ixta Belfrage, a celebration of the limitless potential of vegetables, and Ottolenghi Test Kitchen: Shelf Love, written with Moor Murad, an exploration of cupboard and pantry proving the delight of home cooking.
